Responsabilities

  • Perform bench experiments (e.g. RNA biology, organ function in vivo and ex vivo, intravital microscopy, perfusion doppler, histology, flow cytometry)
  • Work with preclinical disease models incl. human tissue organoids, in vivo studies and human cohort studies
  • Analyse high-throughput data and integrate multi-omics layers. Validate novel mechanisms in human cells and tissues
  • Present results at internal seminars and international conferences
  • Co-author manuscripts

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Life Sciences or Translational or Molecular Medicine
  • Hands-on molecular, computational, or cell-biology experience gained in a leading research laboratory
  • ≥ 1 peer-reviewed co-author publication (or manuscript submitted)
  • Excellent English (IELTS ≥ 7.5 overall, ≥ 7.0 each band or equivalent)
  • Strong communication & teamwork skills. Interest to elucidate the RNA code in disease
