Call For Contributions: NORA Annual Conference 2025

About

The NORA.ai Annual Conference summarises the most exciting Norwegian initiatives within AI research, innovation and education. Knowledge sharing and interaction is at the centre of the conference, which serves as a meeting place for senior researchers in the field, as well as Norwegian decision-makers and policymakers.

Join us for this year’s conference in beautiful Halden to gain valuable insights on AI’s impact on society, AI technology and AI’s impact on research and innovation. Submission deadline is April 25th.

Submission

Use this form to submit abstracts for poster presentations at NORA.ai’s annual conference in 2025. Individuals from academia, the public sector, and the private sector are welcome to apply, as long as the material presented is of a scientific nature. After the conference, a proceedings paper, including abstracts of all presented works, will be published in the journal Nordic Machine Intelligence. By submitting your abstract, you consent to its publication (if accepted for poster presentation) in this proceedings paper and on the conference website.

NOTE:

• Acceptance is on a rolling basis. When you submit your abstract, you will be notified whether it has been accepted.
• One author must be affiliated with a Norwegian institution
• The call is open to abstracts relevant to all three tracks of the government’s and the Research Council of Norway’s AI initiative (Societal Consequences, Technology, and Innovation).
• You must register and purchase a conference ticket to present your poster

The deadline for registration is May 6.

• NORA strategic partners: 2500 NOK
• NORA.Startup members: 2500 NOK
• Other: 4000 NOK
